You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you. Submit the request below. We open it as a ticket and confirm by replying to the email you provide — that reply is also how we verify your identity before we act.
01 · How it works
What happens after you submit.
Submitting this form opens a request with the firm. It does not, on its own, retrieve or change any record. We reply to the email on file to confirm the request and verify that it is you. Once verified, we fulfil the request and confirm in writing.
- We verify identity by replying to the email address you enter below.
- We never ask for a password or sensitive identity documents through this form.
- Records we keep as evidence of an opt-out (suppression and send logs) are retained even after a deletion request, as the law allows.
02 · Response windows
When you will hear back.
We respond within the period your jurisdiction requires:
- EU / UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): within one month.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): within forty-five days.
- Canada (PIPEDA): within thirty days.
Where a request is complex, the law may allow a limited extension; we will tell you if one applies.
